NEEDLE PUNCHING LOOMS

Needle punching machines also called needle looms, are essential in the production of nonwoven fabrics. The needle punching processes bonding Nonwovens mechanically with the needling. The fibers are interlocked where the felting needles penetrates in and drives the entire felt through needling zones and out of the material, interlocking the fibers through the use of the barbs on the needles.

The Oil box structure is unit shaft structure with the ease of assembly and repair. The method of placing needles is decided by the requirement of the products. Needle boards fixed by Air-pressure tube. The supporting board and stripper board are made of carbon steel with chromium-plated surface, and polishing. Supporting net board and stripper board adopt electric for lift and down.
